The Best Summer Sandal + Sneaker for your Toddler

I recently had the opportunity of partnering with Stride Rite as they celebrated a very special 100th Birthday + went on their 100 Years Loved Tour across the country. 

Yes, you read that correctly … 100 YEARS. 

That’s a great deal of years in the game AND many happy tots, mama’s + dada’s who are not only shouting Happy Birthday but also THANK YOU STRIDE RITE ! 

It is always a big moment in every mom, dad + tot’s life when it comes time to buy the first pair of shoes. It is actually quite stressful. I came across the brand Stride Rite a few months before my daughter started walking AND I am so happy that I did. Not only did one mother recommend their soft motion shoes but MANY did – across several different Mom Facebook Groups. I have been a fan ever since. 

Founded in 1919, Stride Rite is an American company that has been a major market of athletic and casual footwear for children in the US as well as internationally. They pride themselves on supporting healthy foot development in ALL of their styles and products. 

The high quality and craftsmanship of their shoes has even earned them the AMPA Seal of Approval. [For a product to earn this seal, a committee of AMPA podiatrists must independently verify that a products design encourages proper foot health in terms of both safety AND quality.]

What I love MOST about Stride Rite is that they are a brand that can grow with your child through every stage of development. From the beginning stages ( Soft Motion Shoes ) to the toddler + big kid stages (Strech Shoes) there is a shoe perfect for every stage of development. My personal favorite are the Made2Play shoes that are machine washable ! (AMEN)

Both of the styles are interchangeable from the pool to the park or from the beach to the boardwalk. They can be easily washed and wiped clean, the quality + craftsmanship is of a higher grade when compared to other “water shoes” and sandals that I have tried AND they are breathable ! (that means no sweaty yucky toddler footsies !)

I could not be more impressed + I am so happy that my daughter is geared up + ready to tackle all of our summer adventures !
